Harry Caray's Corporate Executive Chef Paul Katz and Bill Kurtis will conduct a cooking demonstration at the Flower & Garden Show's Garden Gourmet Stage on Navy Pier. The duo will prepare healthy, hearty Tallgrass Beef Stew with Root Vegetables. Kurtis will also speak about the environmental and health benefits of grass-fed beef. Copies of the recipe will be available following the demonstration. The stew will also be offered as a special that day at Harry Caray's Tavern, Navy Pier.
